Please read this policy carefully before purchasing Quickbar Pro or any associated extensions, tools, or license keys.
Quickbar Pro is a downloadable, digitally delivered software extension. Because license keys and digital assets are immediately issued, revealed, and permanently tied to your account upon checkout completion, all purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once the transaction is confirmed.
1. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Unlike physical goods, digital software licenses and CEP/UXP extension panels cannot be physically returned or un-downloaded once delivered. Upon purchase:
- Your unique, irreversible cryptographic license key is instantly generated and delivered to your dashboard and email.
- You receive instant lifetime download access to all installation installers (ZXP, PKG, EXE), project presets, HUD modules, and script files.
- Our cloud licensing server authorizes up to 2 simultaneous machines (or unlimited seats on Team plans) immediately.

3. Compatibility & Requirements
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that their operating system and Adobe software version meet the minimum requirements before purchasing:
- Supported Host App: Adobe After Effects 2020 through 2026 (CC versions)
- Supported Platforms: macOS (Intel & Apple Silicon M1/M2/M3/M4 native) and Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
- Panel Type: Official Adobe CEP / UXP Extension Panel
4. Technical Support & Activation Assistance
If you encounter any technical difficulty installing the extension, authorizing your license key, or migrating to a new machine, our engineering team is here to assist you. Contact us directly at hello@quickbar.pro or visit our contact page, and we will resolve your issue within 24 hours.
5. Fraud & Unauthorized Chargebacks
Any unauthorized chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment reversals will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting of the user account, associated email address, and automatic revocation of all issued license keys across all activated machines via our Cloudflare D1 licensing server.
